This year's Annual General Meeting for KIWC members was held at the Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Members met up for a meet and greet as they caught up with old friends over coffee​
The morning kicked off with Committee Members taking the stage and presenting the incredible accomplishments over the past year and also the club's promising plans for the year ahead. The Charities Team, Design & Marketing Team, Book Club & Travel Club were celebrated & recognized for their hard work and dedication.
In true KIWC fashion, we took a moment to applaud members who went above and beyond, embodying the spirit of our community. Congratulations to all the deserving winners of our Member Awards!

Annual General Meeting
Iryna Vikyrchak completed her term and handed over the reins of the club to the new President of KIWC, Huans-Tara Prakash. The new Vice-President is Nikita Kejriwal and we added a new member to the executive committee, Shantae Choubey.

The AGM was followed by a lovely lunch at La Cucina, where members, new and old, connected with one another and engaged in interesting conversations over delicious dishes.
​
Special thanks to the Hyatt Hotel for providing the perfect setup for our event. And to our incredible members - thank you for making this past year truly exceptional. Here's to many more memorable moments together in the year ahead!

Tambola Night Charity Fundraiser
Our Annual Tambola Night was a huge success! Enjoyed by young and old alike, there were a multitude of smiles & exciting prizes throughout the night.​ A special shoutout to Rishika for being such an amazing MC (mic drop!) and heartfelt gratitude to the KIWC kids and families for volunteering and to our incredible sponsors for making Tambola Night by KIWC one to remember! Christmas Bazaar
The Annual Christmas Bazaar started out with a light drizzle of rain but that didn't dampen our spirits. It got really busy as the rain cleared and the christmas atmosphere was electrifying. Music, food, shopping, carols, friends and lots of visitors - all brought together to create another successful christmas bazaar
Music by Chaitown Community artists and carols by Slumjam got everyone singing along.​ A special Thank you to our event partner, The Backyard.
